It disappear..

So a long time ago I downloaded a premade server from a guy and I saw that he used "Inspection" plugin wich is a anticheat but now it's not working. The error:

I really want to know if this anticheat is good so if you have it please pm me with a dl link, i would appreciate it.

That plugin has been removed here in DirectLeaks. There's no download available for it anymore.
