This is a stable release

- Fixed Plugin Hooks not hooking properly
This caused that PlaceholderAPI placeholders did not replace properly

Changes:
- Some attributes as "No Effect" or "Unbreakable" are now hidden
- Added Bungee API for Ultra Permissions (Will be required for Network Manager Support)

- Added /upc removesuperadmin <Player>

You have to be a super admin yourself to execute this command

This fix is relevant for people that have * permissions in groups and are using negative permissions to remove some of the permissions introduced with a wildcard permission.

TL; DR Download it. It doesn't hurt.
