Fixed a critical Machine-Learning code error.

As most of you may know, the Machine-Learning detection compares information and finds the advantageous player of a fight. However, in order to allow a player to be compared, they should have at least a cycle of information saved to the memory. I made it possible for this build to calculate 5 out of 30 seconds of a player's unfinished data which can speed up the process by 17%. Beyond that, no more timers will run while a player isn't valid to be checked or outside combat. Also, make sure to update your machine_learning.yml as about 1000 new rows of data were made via training and added to it.

FEATURING MACHINE-LEARNING / DATA-COMPARISON
For a long time, people have complained that legit-like KillAuras are able to get thru the detection, which happens due to the lack of information needed in a short amount of time. That leads to this pre-trained combat system which no matter the fight, collects real-time information and compares it to a variety of saved data contained inside a YAML file. After about 30 seconds, the decision is taken and the player is either considered legitimate or violated until the max configured punishment is reached. To use it, please upload this file to your Spartan folder and reload the plugin.


I would like to strongly point out that this system is designed to detect legit-like KillAuras as more obvious ones will be handled by other checks. It will get more stable and precise as time goes by, so don't take everything for granted. It is not an artificial intelligence system but instead an information provider against smart client developers. I would appreciate your full consideration and support instead of complaining and leaving negative reviews.
