Better Region Display

This update requires the newest version of CT-Core

  • Updated the particle system to display your region border, uses now fewer particles and has a longer view distance to make it easier to check.

In the next update, the inventory menus will be reworked, since some menus causing minimal performance issues on larger servers.

Had to release this short update to not get marked as a inactive resource since the inventory menu rework is a bigger task.
