I have made just a simple plugin,
you don't need any extra plugins to use PMSG.
So its good for like an Survival/Vanilla server.

/pmsg
/reply <message>

pmsg.usage
pmsg.reply
=================================
Test Servers:
There are now servers yet!

The plugin is so simple to setup and it gives a new look to the server messages.
Could you maybe delete the /r message that appears below the message whenever we do /r (message)?
