PHP CFBypass Layer 7 API + Source [PHP & Python] 1.2-fix

Noticed the PHP file was actually broken.
- Added proper URL Filtering
- Forced HTTP:// & HTTPS:// prefix
- Made a token a bit smaller. Some stresser sources don't allow them that long.
- It now works
