Fixed issue with messages.yml and new scoreboard line messages from creating duplicates on scoreboard with old scoreboard messages

• Rebuilt scoreboards from the ground up
• Removed messages which were not actually hooked up and replaced with more simpler ones
• Made default scoreboard look a bit nicer
• Temp disabled colored names until bug fixed

Moved from MCStats to bStats

• Thanks @HyperGaming18 for the suggestion! bStats is a very nice alternative and has much more uptime.

• Minor fix to leaderboard hologram refresh rates causing some lag

• Added requested messages
• Fixed issue with horses spawning then dying in tight spaces

3. Fixed buggy speed animation when switching between weapons quickly
