+Added the ability to change the custom block textures, by editing the values in the new "texture-urls.yml" file, simply change a custom blocks url to change its textures, then once youre done changing URLs, run the /reloadcustomblocks command and restart the server after it shuts down from the command.
*Make sure you use Direct Links and only use .png and .gif files.

*Fixed a bug where it would tell the player "Block Placed" each time they placed a custom block on some servers.
*Fixed a bug where custom blocks could not be placed at all in some servers.
*Fixed a bug where auto crafters couldnt craft shapeless recipes such as flint and steel, colored wool, etc.
*Fixed a bug where Storage Units would stack armor, potions, bows, enchanted books and other unstackables.
*Fixed a bug with safari nets being able to pick up dead mobs (mobs playing death "animation")
*Machines should drop when broken in creative mode anymore, if you want them to drop use a wrench.
*Fixed an issue with Storage Units treating stored custom blocks as tools i.e. not stacking them.

+Added a config section "disable-user-textures" that will disable everyones textures regardless of their prefrence.
*Fixed a bug where players would have to use /toggletextures again after a restart to disable textures.

+Added a new command to allow players to toggle custom blocks textures so they could disable custom textures while others who do want to use it, can. (command: /toggletextures, requires no permission)
