* Removed Spigot updater
* Implemented Marketplace updater
* Re-enabled GriefPrevention variables

* Moved the project over to Marketplace
* This give me more possibilities for the future and allows me to only focus on one site

Performance:
* Switched back to old title mechanic to prevent massive tps drops by 3+ players
