BungeeTeleportSigns is a simple yet highly configurable plugin which allows you to create custom sign to teleport to others servers. The sign can be anything from the basic sign to teleport to one server, to queue sign (useful for overloaded servers) as well as random sign (randomly teleports to a one server in a set).
