Simply reset a world without restarting your Server.

  Note: The default world (usually called "world") AND the world belonging to it (usually "world_nether" and "world_the_end") cannot reset, so make sure the world you want to reset isn't the main world or worlds belonging to it

Install: Put the .jar file into the plugins folder. That's it.
Note: You need to save a world before you can reset it. (See commands)
