Supported Faction Plugins | FactionsUUID | SavageFactions

1. Stop server
2. Drag and drop into your "plugins" folder
3. Give default players a levelcap permission
   1. RandomPackage.levelcap.9
      1. This allows default players to have a max of 9 custom enchants on any item
4. Start server
