I am aware this resource is free, I am just making it accessible in more places.
We had this idea for a little while and decided to make a free package out of it. The .psd contains 6 Backgrounds, all you need to do is add your favorite font and resize it to fit your forums.
If you do not own Photoshop, GIMP is also a good alternative. For fonts, Dafont.com is your best bet.
