BAT basics vs BAT premium:
Due to college and therefore less free time, I tried to pass the project to someone else at the beginning of 2016 but it was a failure. After some talks with BAT users, everyone seemed to prefer to see BAT go on as a premium plugin rather than being droppe. It took time, but now it is there. I hope you will appreciate it!
BAT premium is the premium version of BAT, which contains more features than BAT basics. BAT basics will only be updated for major security issue or major bugs. However BAT will still remain open source and therefore you can build on it your own, if you don’t have money to spend on BAT. But the source code is provided as is, without any support.
Why should you buy it? First of all, it’s a mean to support my 2+ years work on BAT. But more importantly, support for BAT will only be given to buyers of BAT premium. Finally you’ll get all the new features directly.
As of right now, the major new feature is full support of offline-mode server: no more issue with case-sensitivity or whatsoever.
Here is the full changelog between 1.4.3basics and 1.5-premium:
- support of offline mode server
- customizable (see language files) ingame banlist (/banlist)
- silent punishment (add -s after the command, for example /ban -s Player)specific permission* to see ip addresses in broadcastbat.broadcast.displayip
- perfomance improvements and bug fixes
