When a player mines an ore, it can have a chance of rewarding that player with an extra item, block, money, or a command. Perfect for RPG or Rankup servers. Some might do nothing with the default rank, but make Pro rank a bonus ore when mining, such as bonus diamonds. Or maybe just rewarding players who mine with money! Or maybe you want to give out crate keys randomly when mining Diamond Ores!
Or possibly use it to add difficulty to certain ores by removing money, potion effects, or even adding some bad effect.
